This is what you will do as Manager Asset Management

As Manager Asset Management, you will lead a dynamic and expert team of 6 professionals responsible for monitoring, maintaining and optimising (solar) energy systems. Your focus is both on lighting the right team energy and continuously improving our processes so that we deliver the best possible service for our customers.

You have a key role in the strategic direction of the department and organisation, working closely with other teams, such as service, project team and sales, to maximise the performance of our assets. You not only manage operationally, but also collaborate on Everday’s long-term vision in the energy transition.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Making choices, applying focus and taking your team step by step in rolling out the asset management roadmap and long-term strategy.
  • Process optimisation: You will ensure that asset management processes are continuously improved so that we get the maximum value from our customers’ solar systems.
  • Bringing the different teams together to deliver the strategy together.

  • A performance-based bonus of up to two gross monthly salaries per year.
  • An individual choice budget of 8.33% of your gross annual salary with which you can make your own choices in employment conditions.   • Demonstrable experience in contract or asset management. Customer-oriented work is central to this.
