This is what you will do as a Field Service Engineer

In the position of Field Service Engineer, you will perform service and maintenance work on wholesale solar installations managed by Everday. These installations are continuously monitored remotely by us. By responding quickly to malfunctions, we ensure optimal returns for our customers, both in power production and financially.

You will travel daily from your home town to our projects consisting of 1,000 to 100,000 panels in the central Netherlands region. You will carry out work on the panels, cabling and peripherals and change inverters when necessary. If there is a fault in the monitoring and data communication, you are the one who goes to the project to investigate the cause and then resolves it. You are also responsible for periodically inspecting the systems.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Management and maintenance of wholesale solar installations;
  • Troubleshoot monitoring and data communication failures;
  • Periodic inspection of solar projects.

The service team consists of 8 enthusiastic colleagues and the Service Coordinator. We are a solution-oriented team and want to deliver the best quality to our customers. As a Field Service Engineer, you are the essential link in the field, ensuring that we maintain our installations properly and that faults are solved quickly, resulting in optimum efficiency. Every Monday, our entire team starts (digitally) at the office in Rosmalen. The rest of the week you will be on the road from home to our customers throughout the Netherlands.

  • A gross monthly salary of €2600 to €4600, based on a 40-hour working week and 8% holiday allowance.
